Have you ever seen the face of a Great Grandma as she is presented with the newest member of the family. I am wondering if this longing to hold a baby again is even stronger within the breast of an 86 year old than within my own.

I watched my Mom just recently as she had a chance to touch one of the babies visiting her home. Her eyes lit up and even though she had very little idea who we were or where she was, she certainly remembered the joy of a tiny baby.
I call this group of writings 'Generation Blending" because I believe these moments of getting together as families presents us with another chance to experience renewal.
In those faces around us we are reminded of our importance and position on this wheel of life.
